Bolanle Contemporary presents a focused selection of paintings and works on paper by Eilen Itzel Mena for Untitled Art Miami Beach. The presentation brings together key works from her ongoing exploration of ancestry, ritual knowledge and spiritual presence shaped by the Caribbean and the wider African Diaspora.

Mena works across painting, printmaking and performance to create a visual language where colour, gesture and symbolism carry emotional and ancestral weight. The palm tree appears throughout the works as a guiding figure that holds memory, protection and transformation. These pieces sit at the centre of her interest in ritual, purpose and the movement between healing and reflection.
